This comment shows that Apple cares more about asthetics than functionality. PC is for the user. Only people who like to show off thier electronics in a 'My stuff is so much nicer than you stuff' kind of way buy Apple.

I dont understand how that shows we care more about aesthetics, I was just saying it still has the USB functionality but it has a cover on it which not only makes it looks nice it allows for a thiner profile which is what the macbook air is all about

"...a thiner profile which is what the macbook air is all about..."
"...is missing half the features..."
Apple made the Air for asthetics. It has virtually no perpose. It's under-powered and lacking in features that should be standard in a laptop these days.

I would say that one usb port is fine for a laptop made for travel but you do need the usb port for the disc drive, they always have usb expanders

1 usb port it's not enough for traveling or any other stuff, im talking about funtionality, getting expanders/adapters and any other stuff to make it funtional it's not THAT portability wise, my point here is that it's not reliable, not to mention it's made of aluminium with practically no features! yet it worth almost 2000$! what a rip off. i rather stick with a asus/acer mini with mac osx installed
