I have no idea, but yea, it looks to be the 1960s. It was ripped from a VHS documentary simply called "Dali", but that VHS came out much later than the clip was actually filmed. Someone mentioned the original film in the comments a while back, so that may help. Thanks to you too for enjoying and appreciating!
