As much as I love this song, and I truly do, it is nothing like Hermione. She is a strong-willed, intelligent woman who has a great belief in herself. She does what she deems appropriate and right, even if it means breaking rules, hurting others who may deserve it, etc. I think she likes and knows who she is and wouldn't change, or compromise, herself for anyone. GO HERMIONE!

i do agree as the books progress Hermione gets more and more sure of herself, but originally JKR wrote her to be a self-conscious girl who hid behind books and facts. Harry and Ron pulled her out of that, thats what the video is about.

I am a huge fan of Hermione though, shes awesome =)

Yes, I agree. I think by PoA, she was transforming into the more strong-willed and confident Hermione.
