Mac is good for programming and stuff and a pc can do as well as a mac if you know what you are doing. Also come on you mac people are getting ripped off.

The hardware sucks. and if you people think macs are better and better for developing stuff then how come most games are made from pc. I mean come on in my school we have a 1.8ghz processor(and still goes fast) and 32mb VRAM. intergrated video card. But i gotta admit with all those old hardware mac still goes fast.

U can do perfect graphic-, video,music- work on PC and Macs can also be professional business-computers.
The only difference is that u gotta pay a lot for extras on PC (like if u want a good looking one) and Macs still suck when it comes to games.

I got my macbook about little more than a year ago, and I really enjoy it a lot. My brother has a new HP notebook computer with Windows 7, and he doesn't have any problem with it either. :)

i use mac becuz pc always get virus!!1 so i was on limewire and dling msuic, so i dl'd "sk8terboi.exe.mp3" and omg!!11 windoz always get viruse! mac has none of these problem!

They both have pros and cons. But to me, Mac is better. Sure it's more expensive. But it's so easy to use. It's very thin and light and extremely fast. And yeah, it's a designer computer, so it looks great. I mean, I pay extra for those features because it's worth it to me.
For gaming, Mac's not good. But I'm not a gamer. I use it for video editing. And it's amazing. PCs are dreadful with video and sound editing.
