This should come as no surprise to anyone that has been to Greece today. Greece today is full of daily bank robberies, noise pollution, thefts, air pollution, political unrest, immigrants stealing from the elderly, insecurity everywhere, unemployment, heavy heroin use, beggars on urine soaked street, garbage piling up in open street corners, graffiti everywhere, inept police, stray dogs on city streets, people living behind barricaded doors. Greece is the new Gaza. Sad, but true.

Pacifism is simply an objection to the use of violence. Some anarchists are pacifists, however most anarchists would probably agree that when it comes to a revolution, violence is inevitable. Most anarchists also believe in the use of violence when it comes to the fight against fascism. Anarchism is basically communism, a stateless, classless society. What seperates anarchism from Marxism, Leninism, and Trotskyism, is the idea that we don't need the state to reach this society.

toatly right man but pacifism is more then just "anti-violence",its a belif that we don´t need violence to accomplish things but theres very few exampleas of that the only i know is that gandhi that freed india from the capitalistic britan,so i prefer anarchism cuz i belive that violence is in 9/10 cases the only soulution,my idol Ernesto "che" guevara accomplished many things with violence and armed combat so! @VIOLENCE-ANARCHISM@
