Its easy to understand, though it would be good if there is some english subtitle. i donno how long we have to boil sphagetti? also someone tell me that the oil she used is olive or something else? thanks in advance
Dear Sjanad, a good brand of spaghetti (if you can buy only made in italy spaghetti), should have cooking time printed on the package. anyway in italy we are used to tasting pasta while boiling. for the oil you must use extra virgin olive oil, better if made in Italy too. enjoy your pasta giuseppe
Sono catanese da parte di madre, e a casa mia la norma si è sempre fatta così: tagliate le melanzane A FETTE, scolatele per bene, friggetele e mettetele da parte, fate la salsa e mettetela da parte, cucinate gli spaghetti, scolateli, metteteli nel piatto e aggiungete salsa, melanzane e una spolverata di ricotta salata. cara signora o signorina le faccio i miei complimenti, pero... al posto del basilico metta un vasetto di pesto insime al pomodoro, le consiglio di metterla nel sugo per farla alamgamare e anche la ricotta dopo nella aggiungento qualche foglialina di basilico per non far scoprirte il segreto del pesto.... rinnovati saluti le consiglio di farla il presto consiglio e mi dia la risposta per vedere la differenza di come la fa lei e come glio consiglio... NINUZZU per gli amici!
