I'm stupid when it comes to computers, and I need help getting a epsxe emulator to work on my laptop
I downloaded a japanese rom of P2IS and I'm pretty sure I've applied the patch.
I've got the emulator mostly set up, but the arrow/clicker doesn't respond to my mouse.
1) how to I put the .bin game that has been patched into the emulator?
2) what am I missing to make the emulator respond?

Any help would be appreciated

Man, I've been wanting to play this game...but how the hell am I gonna get my hands on a CD? Don't got the cash and have never used eBay so I'm a bit uncomfortable with that, but I can't find a rom...oh well, I'll figure something out.
