I first heard Pleasuredome more than 10 yrs ago. I envisioned the video to the song taking place in space and the Pleasuredome was on a distant planet. I finally saw the real vid on here and said WTF! This is a good portrayal of what it should have been like.
This is as good as it gets. Two of my favourite things...ever. Star Wars to this particular Frankie music track. I also think the Doors would work. Imagine the opening crawl and the initial few scenes of episode 4 to "when the music's over", followed by "light my fire". I think they They sync up well.
I remember the ninja in DD. (As well as Throm the barbarian.) Are you saying that the two came out at similar times and have formed a linked synaptic activation in your brain?
Nothing like that. It's just the song's dynamics which makes me think of a martial marts-based fight, and I just think the ninja fits into that picture.
Really excelent, nice mixture of two greatest icons to me, StarWars and Frankie Goes to Hollywood. The music simple leads you in to the movie, imagine like the disco version of Meco. Good Work!
