You know my Dad has a small business which he runs. And I work in a company(What I mean is that I am working for someone).....What we assume to be normal behaviour in work is not actually the way the people in command behave.

They like us behave that way because
a. It keeps us workers ignorant.
b. It keeps us dumb.

Its amazing what normal behavior would change in a different context.

what you have just said here is very true and also relates to something else. society in general. the government is mummy and daddy and pulls the wool over our eyes to keep everyone in line whilst making money from us. if we dont listen to their rules and their laws we end up in jail right? same deal here. we get persecuted against saying wat we believe in whether its right or wrong we just have to agree with the big boys and keep our mouths shut.
