we do coexist and have a mutually beneficial relationship....

They eat eachother too remember.

The PETA place in virginia had an 85% kill rate and the humane shelter in the same town took in the same amount and found homes for 70% of their animals in the same year.

We have gained loads of things from animals as well which has benifited mankind such as bionics. Imitating nature has given us many wonderous inventions because nature is often perfectly adapted to certain environments (before we destroy it anyway)

Also, PETA like normal pounds/animal shelters euthanises unwanted animals, that one place had a 80% rate but that's not particually different to a normal pound, but i guess that isn't as important for propoganda purposes....

Peta go over the top and set unrealistic goals, but the undercover work they do exposing cruelty and educating people makes up for that.

People complain about their propoganda but seem to not mind the meat industry/government propoganda, makes me laugh tbh

Is there a rule on how long it should take?

Keeping animals is fine and makes sense as we can coexist and be mutually beneficial. Abuse. neglect, cruelty is not fine fine and should be stopped. No living thing should be subjected to pain and suffering because of mankinds arrogance.

Animals have survived before we came and will after we are gone! Unlike us, they actually find balance and not just mindlessly rape the planet to the brink of death

Secondly religion is often criticised for indoctrinating children from a young age, so why is PETA the exception. illustrated pamphlets to target children as young as six years old. For example one titled, Your Daddy Kills Animals, features a very graphic illustration of a man gutting a fish on the cover. A second similar pamphlet depicted a woman ramming a knife into a rabbit that is clearly still alive. Both pamphlets encourage children to disobey their parents.

Okey so tell me something im questioning ALF and PETA views so under this PETA Utopia society we'd live and all species are equal and should be afforded the same rights to a certain extent, why are other animals allowed to eat meat and its wrong for humans to be afforded that same luxury?

they've had millions of years. And in the past 10,000 years the biggest change they've undergone is domestication. Are you arguing to free all farm animals, pets, zoo animals, and other "enslaved" animals?

If so, do you expect them to survive in the wild, or are you just going to kill them like PETA does? I haven't spent enough time with ALFers, but everyone I've talked to in PETA says the best solution is to simply wipe out all domesticated animals.

So ALF has grown from 1 small cell in England consisting of 7 guys to cells all over the world and still growing but it hasn't taken off?

Interesting.

No all of us wish to remain quiet little sheep, just one of the herd, thinking what we are told to think. Some people believe cruelty is wrong in whatever form and good for them for defending those that cannot defend themselves.

All life can feel pain and suffering, you mock them for saving chickens from a life of hell, we praise them

They may not get a chance to evolve in that way if we keep slaughtering them and wiping out their habitats.
