You know, I just listened to a live performance of Evanescence on YouTube for the first time. I don't understand how you guys can compare that shit to this amazing music...

Watching a live performance on youtube and actually being at a live performance are two different things. I love both Evanescence and Within Temptation and I'm not going to trash one over the other.

her voice has many faces, and I must confess that there are some performances that I really don't like: But come on!, most of the time, she sounds perfect, and it's a great band, my favorite one, and well, they don't have to sound perfect every time, it's a hell of a job, they rock, they rock until the end of all times.

She is great!!!

you know, i'm a professional singer in a metal band and i have to say,
i love this band
but she's not the greatest singer live. she has great stage presence and the rest of the music is great, but her voice is a little off.

try to sing, wearing thos tight corsages and jumpging around that way xD
I'm a professional singer too and I must confess I cannot sing while doing those things, (wearing corsages or corsets...) and I think for thhat, she's doing a great job...

Everyone needs get over Comparing to different bands both Ev. and WT are amazing live and Sharon is so very talented, she's amazing anyway you put it.
