Works every single time and im super proud of my bread. the recipe is perfect for college students like myself. But i have a question : why use hot pots? would i get a softer crust by not pre heating the pot?

I just realized store bread has high fructose corn syrup I think this no kneed bread is the way to go in the future thx!
