1525 is better i have it and it never had any problems with it and ive had it since september 2008

if you where smart i would not get this because they have stoped selling them and the hinges break easly

the dell inspirion 1520 have bad hinges because my one broke 2 days ago and i have only had it for a month or so they are such ripoffs im gonna buy a new fucking xps 1630 cause the i 1520 sux

no the hinge just snapped while i was using it cause the monitor would not go down so shut your mouth cause i bought it from a dealer that said it had a rental period of 1 month and there is no history incl. cause i got it second hand so fuck you face and then everyone will be happy k your probley a noob at computers cause you don't know how to make an intro like my one for my vids and you are just one of the noobs who use computers for social networking so fuck you! ti ci putca!

i have the inspiron 1525 and the hinges r fine the only problem i had with them is one time part of the plastic came of because my mum stood on it but i put it back in after and it worked fine i didnt have to send it to be repaired or take it to the shops.

i've had mine for 2 years. my sister and grandma bought the 1525 and they've both f'ed up and has had to be sent off. 1520>1525, 1525 is even made of cheaper material

yea it'll run fine. as long as you have a good enough processor & enough RAM
