Alexian Santino Spinelli, presidente dell'associazione Them Romano, promotrice del corteo svoltosi oggi nella Capitale.
"Si vuole far passare il campo nomadi - ha aggiunto, - che è una forma di segregazione razziale, addirittura come espressione culturale, come se i rom volessero vivere in questo modo. Non è vero che l'integrazione dei rom pesa sulla tasche degli italiani, perchè passa attraverso i fondi comunitari. Per i progetti di integrazione dei rom vengono stanziati fondi dell'Ue che o non sono attivati o finiscono con il finanziare progetti fasulli di pseudo associazioni di volontariato. Ai rom non arriva nulla".
