Machaan pe Daastaan

In January 2008, Cybermohalla practitioners at Dakshinpuri set up a machaan by a streetside in the neighbourhood. Every evening, residents were invited to come and share their writings. Many came. One of the days, dastaangos Mahmood Farouqui and Danish Hussain were invited to perform from the machaan. The evening was videographed by the cable operator of the area, as a pilot to test possibilities of broadcasting the entire month next time a temporary structure is set up by the practitioners.
