The video has a typo in the URL. It's supposed to be:

You're missing the underscore between the t and the 1.

The download button is only visible when you go to his website and view the video from there-finney learning systems (?-not sure of the exact link)- but it's not hard to find-google's your friend! He has a ton of material on his website.. Videos and documents...and not just for excel!
