Tutorial on removing the goofy and unecessary U.S. import safety on the Romanian made TT33 Tokarev.
If you cut the screws to size on a lathe, face the end of the screw first and part off so you have three and a half to four threads on the plug screws. You will have to final adjust the plugs to prevent internal interference with magazine and/or trigger. Screw slot can be cut on Mill with 1/16" end mill, slot depth equal to slot width or .060"/1.5mm
Part one of two parts.
See part two for final fitting of plug screws and some project tips.
