Styx - Lady

I have not seen too many people who can play lead guitar and sing at the same time, usually...there is a break in the singing, at least for the guitar playwe..

First saw Styx back in 1978 in Toronto when they hit the Canada tour...they opened with this sing...recently saw them on new years eve in Niagara Falls...kick ass concert!! To bad they can't perform this song without DeYoung. all and all, Tommy rocked and a nice suprise apperance by Chuck Panozzo looking cool playin his fender base! I don't know but Gowan just don't fit in with this band...I'm just saying! Waiting for a reunion tour some day!

You can't deny Dennis De Young's talent but he always seemed that he was more suited for Broadway's Musical Theater than for Rock-n- Roll. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, I'm just saying.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing....who was it that told them Jonas' that they were actually good.. But enough about them. I've listened to Styx ever since Lady came out when I was in 7th grade....been a fan from that point until they kicked Dennis out. His voice/piano playing is an integral part of their music.

I like your idea except for one thing. Leave Gowan out of it. The band would make millions if DeYoung reunited.

Man, get over it > its just a band! Put them all together. As far as I'm concerned I'd rather hear a crimminal mind than babe and some of that other sappy stuff. Too much dennis is not a good thing. Balance shit out a bit, right!
