This video is helpful when im not at yoga class. I use it on the weekends or when im on vacation with family. even my little brother enjoys it!

thank you so very much. ive never ever considered doing this before, but at the moment, as i enter into my final exa period in my last year at university it's become a great way to relax. im also going to india next year as a result!!

Well questioned, Sir. I don't know. It's Craig Pruess and the people he works with. They have some sort of deep understanding of humans and music I think. To me, it's beyond ordinary music. It's beyond description.
