Ryanair and the conman Leary who runs it thinks they can tell Boeing how much to sell their planes for. Boeing s going to tell him to go blow himself.

all these cheap airlines in europe is not really cheap. they make it look like their airfare is cheap but they charge you for every single luggage you check-in and if you intend to bring just 1 hand carry luggage, their luggage allowance is only 10 kilos. they will do everything just to make you pay for your luggage. that's how they earn! there is also discrimination especially with filipinos and other asians. i travelled with ryanair from treviso to paris last october 20/2009.

they offer rugged choice -they broke a greedy lazy and unprofitable oligopoly. they have destroyed aerlingus which, despite a virtual monopoly, and huge brand loyalty, managed to charge high prices and run at a loss for decades.
the ryanair model will take over all industry and services

it will.. eventually they will take down everyone else. large carriers won't be able to sustain competitive pricing for economy class and they will be flying empty, so they might try to do business and first class only with some major motivating added values or go bankrupt. and then we will have no choice but travel like cattle with minimal comfort and safety.. they have proved that you dont have to give shit about marketing and customer care. as long as it's cheap, people will fly.

Say what ya like about mr. o'leary but he flys me home and back for €10, that's less than the train I take to the airport, how can ya fault that just cause ya don't have window blinds and shit, i much prefer not paying for stuff I hardly ever use anyway!

Ooh I hate O'Leary, he's so arrogant! I hate it when he bitches about bigger (and much better airlines) when they are in trouble (i.e. Sky Europe).
He should stop being such a gobby twat and get on with improving his airline
