Thanks for posting this. Im a catcher and i some times have trouble makeing a throw from the plate to second during a steal. I hope this helps

This will help, but remember you need to have a shorter arm arch, and throw from close to your ear. Not only do you have to have a strong throw but you have to release faster. Also proper footwork is a must. Good luck! I hope you can improve!
