I have loved listening to John Mayer from the first time I heard him. He sings so simply and honestly. But what is insane is how amazing he is at guitar. And in response to xoJEZxo, he is amazing. He uses guitar technique and technical chord structure in absolutely brilliant ways. And he does it seemingly effortlessly. He is a guitar Genius, I watched him play with Buddy Guy, and I swear I saw Buddy's eyes say damn this kid is bad ass.

I LOVED Tom Petty's original but when I heard John Mayer's version last year I literally fell IN LOVE with the song lol. He seriously makes it just amazingggggggggggggggggggggggg gggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg gggggggggggggggggggggggggggg.

Omg whats wrong with his voice? His voice is so nice, music is not just about singing. His lyrics and melodies are beautiful.
