Technically, fire is one causes of climate change. But because it was only a tiny amount of fire (i.e., moar smoke than fire), this would be a miniscule amount of CO2, thus, your point pretty much still stands.

And your lips. try to force (with your throat) a solid circle (not sphere) of smoke to come out of your mouth, then try to shoot a little air into the middle (with your lips) to make it circulate the outer edge and form a ring.
