after that, we had the famous beancurd at the taipo mkt. I had the chilled beancurd topped with sugar. The beancurd was silky smooth and esp tasty with the sugar topping. our last stop was the bamboo made noodle stall. we ordered the lard lo mein and wanton lo mein. by that time, i was sooo stuffed i could only managed a few mouthfuls of the noodles :( the noodle had a QQ texture..well, that's all i can rem cuz i'd lost my appetite due to having too much suckling pig and roast goose..

hi, im from sgp. last august, we went to the yat lock roast goose restn for lunch. we had the roast goode, suckling pig and pigeon and i gotta say, the suckling pig was sooo good! the skin was crackling crispy..yummy!

that technique and tradition with the bamboo in making noodles is just amazing,

And I can't really take anyone seriously when they refer to asians as "Azns".
