im crabed in 03' on tubai have 2 questions 1. are hese the uniforms before the red n black uniforms of was there another set? and 2. when did tsu swich from fiberglass to sliver tubas?

yeah the Maroon on black were in the mid 70's with Big hats.. by the mid 80's were Those.. up until 95.. they got those they have now in 96.. ..
as for the tubas .The Silver Tubas came in 93 or 94.

This was the beginning of the end for the Old School Ocean. I believe it had shrunked down to 100 members but they still had the funk and soul.
