how do u get JAVAS to be so tame???! i didnt even think it possible with lil birds like that..thats y i only keep parrots and cockatails and lovebirds!!

As far as training them not to run.... hahaha! The better question would be how do you train them to keep away from you! They seem to LOVE people.
If Hao-chan is out of his cage he spends all his time hanging around all over me. Sometimes he will fly back to his cage for some seeds and then when he has more energy flies right back to play. :)

I understand the secret is to get them when they are very young. After a few months it's apparently too late.
