Actually, it's all about "embellishment". When you go at a milonga where there are 500 girls on the dance floor, you will notice only one girl dancing and say "I want to dance with her" rather than the 499 others!!! The reasons are: her posture, her elegance, her embellishment.....
When it comes to milonga traspié, there are only few girls who can add embellishment without disturbing the leader :-(
