There is some confusion about the translation 我爱你有几分. 几分 means how many cents. 我爱你有几分 means how many cents do I love u. Y is the lyrics not "how many dollars do I love u"? I think it is because 几分 rhymes with the previous line 多深

Sometimes we have to ask them why they use certain words the way they do. It should be left for the audience to translate the art work in any way they want.
