i had 3 discs suck out a year ago october.i was in the hospital for 6 days.the pain post op was pretty bad.many demerol shots,morphine drip was useless.....it was the best decision i ever made. after 10 months of sleeping on my knees waking up with my face asleep and both arms with no blood because of sleeping that way and also sleeping on my wooden floor for a whole summer i was ready.cut me open doc LETS GO!!!!!!!.today my back is so much better then it was pre op. do it if you need it.any ?`s

next week , I think thats great that you were back to work so soon. I hope the same for me. Do you have any trouble bending down Andy

just had L4L5 Microdiscectomy on 5-7-09 I feel a lot better, I still have a bit of burning down my leg, My surgeon said do to the length of time"4 years" the nerve was compressed. it will take time for the nerve to heal I may have slight pain forever, with that said I am 90% better and Ill take it...and its only 6 days and back to work monday....

I knew it was Enya (I have this album). I just thought I was strange music while watching a surgery. After having the surgery and I'm NOW out of pain, I feel like listening to it!
