I was 7 when he died and now 34 years later he's still the KING of rock n roll he was so unique in his ways and his voice stood out from many others. In my mind he was the best entertainer/vocal artist in history. To compare others to him is wrong, why well all artists have their own unique thing, M jackson and his dancing and oddness in latter years aint going to compare at all with elvis, why well theya re 2 totally different people in style vocal talent and lovability. Elvis is The main man.

N o one did it with more style and spectacle than Elvis did. He was e was the abthe ultimate showman. He was the absolute definition of cool and there simply wasnt a song he couldnt sing.We are all better for having known him. He taught us to be humble and to treat others the way we wanted to be treated. He was a true Southern gentleman. There isnt another entertainer who has ever lived that had the unique relationship with their fans that Elvis had.He gave his all for us !!

Elvis single handedly tore down all the racial barriers that existed in music by having black backup singers in his band, and that was just asmall example of what a huge impact he had on music. Elvis was quite simply the greatest that ha ever been and ever will be ! The looks. The voice. The moves he had defy all logic. He simply wasnt from this earth !!

Don"t know what 1977 concert you saw of Presley"s but the one I saw is sensational. His voice never let him down. Beautiful concert.

Ok, maybe it isn't America, but anyway, in Revelation 17 it's written:

"The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries. 5 The name written on her forehead was a mystery..."
