The problem with Julianne Moore is she always comes across as slighly prudish in her roles (I've seen a lot of them) whereas Kidman takes challenges, risks and almost always comes out on top.

Also, Kidman is Hollywood's dream come true. A Movie Star & an Actress. Julianne Moore is solely an actress.
