She is....in a way...breaking down. She was a memory of Alessa's given life to try to keep Harry away from becoming involved. When Dahlia captured Alessa her alternate reality started to break, as did Lisa. She became somewhat aware of herself and try to retain her humanity through Harry at the end. When Harry pushed her away, it broke her last tie and she started to become like the other monsters.
