man pls help..i have an iphone 3g,,,i tried to restore from itunes an it say error 1604,i dont what to day i tried the winpawn and pawnage tool it still doesnt work,,i cant even charge it

hold home and power for 30 seconds while the phone is off. The phone shouldboot up. Resotre to regular 2.0. Then re etner DFU mode, and restore to custom IPSW

error 1604 means u must in DFU mode. first u turned off your device then hold home and sleep button together then start counting 10 seconds and unhold the sleep button and while keep holding home button until itunes recognized it as recovery mode then thats the time you stop holding the home button. DFU mode must no display on your iphone screen.
