England governament compensed his poor family in about US 30.000 and nobody was charged, nobody was arrested, only the victim was murdered.
You hypocrit society means like a animal: he is poor, can murdered and his family payed.

Hey, it could just as easily been a man - and we all know that male cops were guilty of incompetence at all levels in this shameful day.

What happened was not legally murder - if you don't believe me, ask an anti-government, anti-establishment human rights lawyer.
If not, continue in your ignorance.

Yeah, and there are fairies at the bottom of my garden!
Most conspiracy theories are wrong.
Why don't you think the IRA bombings were an "inside job"?
CT is a substitute for religion, it's a closed, circular irrational belief system.

Yes there were government plants in Irish terrorism too. Government has been working this way for centuries.

I read the whole wiki entry, i've been following this since day one.
It's disgusting and shameful.
But nothing that happened is murder in the legal meaning of that word. That is the law. (Ask a human rights lawyer if you don't believe me!!)
You can start a campaign to change the legal meaning of murder, but then it will be impossible for police to shoot REAL terrorists in a really dangerous situation.
The police should have sacked Cressida Dick, Blair, etc, and made serious changes.

So the UK police don't often shoot innocent people, so when they make a terrible mistake, and shoot a grandfather with a table leg wrapped in a piece of carpet, or a foreign electrician, or release and lose track of a violent stalker who then rapes and kills an innocent woman, we should keep quiet about this incompetence - because, as you point out, things are worse abroad??
You have a bee in your bonnet about a few ignorants, but ignore the majority of solid, non - pc patriotic critics.

You totally miss the point: a death caused by police negligence is not a question of "PC" (- which I dislike as much as you!).
How could it be?
If OUR police make avoidable mistakes and lack the best radios, it is up to US to make a noise about it, so that in future we have good reason to BE PROUD of our police, and don't risk getting (wrongly) compared to the US or Brazil.
Yes, there are endless unjust regimes abroad, which should be publicised and shamed.

Im afraid I will have to disagree with you there, its very easy to predict with hindsight, hindsight the officers at the time didnt have.

I mean think about it ,a man of middle eastern like appearance wearing a coat in the middle of summer is told to stop by armed police, but instead he does a runner onto the london underground, days after 7/7.

Remember the officer has no way of knowing who or what this guy is.
Now given this scenario WITHOUT hindsight would you still take a chance and not fire?

I absolutely agree with you as to the facts of how it happened: it was terrible, and I am VERY angry and ashamed that something like this happened in my country, but, sadly, if policemen kill the wrong person while following orders, they CANNOT be guilty of "murder".
There is a very good reason for the different definitions of "murder" and "manslaughter".
