This is a clip from the PBS DVD "The Blair Decade" of British Prime Minister Tony Blair's famous proclamation that the 9/11 atrocity/tragedy was, "...A moment to seize. The Kaleidoscope has been shaken. The pieces are in flux. Soon they will settle again. Before they do, let us re-order this world around us." Tony Blair made this statement at the 2 October 2001 Labour Conference. I've looked for the vid of this touching quote for a long time and thought I should post the clip on YouTube for all Blairites, not just to show off my limited video editing skills.
Finally, one can download this clip via using Moyea FLY Downloader or another flash video grabber. Please cite to the DVD though.

The health care is good, it's just how people are paying for it. The care is good, but it's too expensive for some people. I don't agree with Obama's plan on health care. His idea is to put us on government run health care, which will be more expensive, worsening the problem. The tax on the rich will make the rich raise prices in their companies, so that they won't loose money in the tax. Why isn't Obama helping his General, who says that he needs reinforcements or loose the war?
The problem with you guys is that you are still living in the 19th century. Laissez-faire capitalism rules at the expense of a penniless and invisible underclass.
If you had the equivalent of an NHS system offering free Heroin for registered addicts, your drugs problems would reduce significantly overnight.
The problem is that you are still driven by corporate greed and self serving bullshit.
Obama is doing the right thing on health. Grow up and mature, you self centred bastards.
I quite agree with your second sentence. I doubt the U.S. government would allow distributions of free drugs in the country. I also think cooperate greed is wrong and out of hand. As for my "self-serving bullshit", I just want my choices and decisions when it comes to health care, which the President's plan doesn't offer. Because I don't agree doesn't mean that I'm greedy. Although I have yet to grow up, I believe that I'm mature for my age. Perhaps to you, I have no clue what I'm talking about.
Under your present system only the wealthy are able to "choose". The rest either get what they can afford, cheap treatment, or die in the gutters.
19th century England was exactly the same.
The only people who are opposed to these reforms have shares in private insurance companies and, of course, don't want see the value of their share options ruined by state intervention.
If you have money then one could pay for needed treatment.Unfortunately there are the poor people who cannot pay for treatment at all. With the new health care plan, we will have to pay a certain amount for it, and I do believe that it will be mandatory. Private insurers and private insurance users are not the only people against health care reform. Many doctors, and people who know that they will not be able to afford health care, and people knowing the cost on the future generations.
I suggest that Obama learn from Bevan's mistakes installing the NHS in Britain in the 1940's.
Overall, it was oppression from the far right wing that made him have to rush his plans and revolutionise the entire system in mere months, putting beds between beds in hospitals, getting it off to a bad start, and afterwords it was constantly starved of finance by skeptics.
Alas, even today, the NHS is highly respected, has saven the lives of many and is fundamental to our country!
obama is a bigger bastard than u can ever imagine...............he fu*king broke all his promises which he made whilst running for presidency.................... .obama=new face of the same corrupt bullshit order and u know its true!

You guys need serious reforms and you know it.

Obama hasn't been in office for a year and you are criticising him. Stop being stubborn.
