I have to admit, after watch this a few times. I actually think its really good. I never knew how graceful it is. I am sorry for insulting it the first time.
The best tribute one could pay to Tchaikovsky and his life. This could have been the kind of images going through his head while he was composing the music for I think this is exactly the way this ballet should be interpreted. Bravo!
I studied Matthew Bourne's 'Swan Lake' for Performance Studies A-level a couple of years back...I loved it so much and I still do now! I'm hoping to watch lots more of Bourne's works... he is amazing!!!
I am sorry If I sounded like I am insulting this ballet. Its very gracefully and its a whole new twist on the original. I guess I just was shocked when I first saw this.
