sharnarose, forgot to come back and tell you - I finally got it thanks to your video. :D Great therapy after left shoulder therapy, incidentally. Unfortunately, right shoulder has gotten cranky so can't do this now until it gets fixed, but am working around it in the meantime. Incidentally, I like the song you chose. Hoop on.

You have probably got this by now...I am so Sorry that it has taken me this long to reply. I am bit lame (as last reply :-)) I recommend squatting slightly and moving body the way you lift...i.e if you lift to the right then duck and move to the right as you lift...hope this helps:-)
