What if you have a 300W power supply and you have a good video card that can run Left 4 Dead, Call of Duty Modern warfare 2..... Will it decrease the life span of the video card? will it get fried? or It won't damage the video card, it jus run in low performance?

Well it's bad if you suck from the bottom because there's not much air to suck from... well.. the bottom of a case.

yes but verry unstabile 500w would be much safer
