cool set up at home. i've been singing neil for awhile too. what joy to sing his songs. several of them are very personal to me as they probably are to you. if you want , i have a few video's on you tube as well. "I Haven't played this song in years" " I am I said" and others. good job on your covers. make them your own. don't mimic Neil.

Great Job It's a hard song to do lot of starts & stops and changes. You nailed it pretty good. One suggestion. Write out the words and tape them right under the camera. Learn them the best you can so that you just have to glance now and then. Stand back from camera a bit maybe enough to show you middle of your stomach or even almost belt line. But Musically, you have it down.

But why the very odd 'accent'?

You seem to have adopted the American way of dealing with the 'I' sound ine final syllables. Even the personal pronoun 'I' sounds like a short 'A.'

Used to hear it all the time in the 60's as bands tried to ape the Americans.

Very impressive and a great voice. You should be more than a internet star covering Neil Diamond. You know what I mean!
