President Woodrow Wilson of the USA warned that the contents of the Treaty of Versaille are in many key points : unfair and overdrawn.
The Entente threatened to occupy Germany if it would'nt sign the ENTIRE contract without any right to negotiate about its contents.
A french newspaper reporter who was present at Versaille when the contract was signed said to a british diplomat : 'I fear that what we saw here today was not the end of the great war, it might be more the beginning of a new one'
