Well I would say that isn't *adult* that is more like PG to PG-13. Remember those air mostly during prime time. I'm saying there they make serious anime shows aimed for adults which would get a 18+ or rated R if it was shown in a movie theater here.

The main problem is in the western world people don't look at anime as art they look at it is a thing for children which people grow out of...Japanese have a much greater respect for the art form :)

Seth Macfarlines work is really different from Ralph Bakshi's. l think the only person who can do it is Ralph himself. l wish he'd get off his ass and start a whole new animation generation. Even now in his mid 70's he still hasn't given up animating. He's changed animation before l'm positive he can do it again.

There are just some things you can only show or pull off animated or in a comic. Does anyone here actually know what happens to the governor in the walking dead comic...
