actually he isnt better than ken, i thought he would scrap the western congestion zone, its still there, and the congestion charge prices are rising.
the politicians said that the congestion zone would reduce carbon emissions, that was political nonsense, they just wanted the money.
im tired of politicians using climnate change as a way to take money and the freedom of driving in london away from people
