She landed a double axel at this age! omgosh! but now , this yr , 2009, she's like doing the same jumps again. Like she's staying at the same level. I thought she'll be landing triples by now :/

@nic95starz well mabye due to constinancy(think thats spelled wrong) she had to make sure all her jumps are perfect before moving on im not sure just a thought

Well in USFS there is no-test, which consists of what people call toe-loop level and lutz level. Toe-loop level you can do through toe loop and lutz level you can do through lutz. So it's not a specific level in that you test for it, but lutz level is more or less considered a level.
