i have been in the wastelands and i wonder,is it possible having a house there and if so,could someone PLEASE help me build one?????

Didn't see this until super late, but yeah, it's totally possible to buy land there! And there are a lot of people who are good at building and would be interested in giving you a hand. Just ask around!
