The Moro will just keep fighting the corrupt GRP as long as GRP is unable to make peace for the right reasons. Firstly, GRP has to deal with internal corruption and mismanagement in order for any peace accord to be worth the paper it is written on.

Therefore, it's up to the GRP to sort themselves out/have someone else do this for them - like the US/Europe who will just get pissed off after so long cos hey want the minerals in Mindanao. GRP is peanuts compared to mining companies.

The US and Europe would happily deal with the Moro over GRP if they are able to. They know that the GRP is corrupt and 'unmanageable' due to nephatism and self-indulgence.

All US and Europe like is commodities, and if they get these at better price with less hassle, then they will do that - hehehehehe
