So pretend your brilliant all you want. I have an IQ in the top 5% of the planet. Trust me, its not about intelligence..its about your heart. God showed who he was through Christ. He has made salvation as easy as it could be--call on the name of the Lord. Your little speeches are going to be pathetic when you stand before God and your just gonna feel like a fool. Like Job--you have no answer to God and its not going to be funny when all is said and done.
Dont think of a witty retort now. You know, something to impress yourself--just go ask God--or are you afraid? God used faith as a vehicle so no one would be coerced by fear of hell. There is plenty of doubt available to deny God and pretend its all a bad dream. This dynamic allows only those who are really for God to search for him and ask to be saved. If God was on CNN, you unbelievers would enter heaven only to escape hell. --and lets face it--you would follow the devil to escape hell.

The vehicle to God is FAITH. It isnt Columbo. If it was-- only the smartest people would go to heaven. Its not --whoever is clever enough to study archeology can be saved. You dont think Christ is a crock because you dont have enough evidence. You simply think he's a crock regardless. If you humbled yourself and asked God himself if Christ saves you--God would put it as a fact in your mind. But you dont ask God because your arrogant--and because you are you will always be lost
