This version of "Don't get around much any more" was recorded at The Harp Hotel, Albrighton, Shropshire, England on Tuesday, April 15th. 2008 by Chris Pearce and the Antique Six Jazz Band rhythm section. With Chris Mercer on trumpet and vocals, Chris Pearce on clarinet, soprano and alto, Richard Leach on trombone, vocals and announcements , Clinton Sedgley on banjo and guitar, Graham Smith on drums and Andy Robbins on bass the ingredients are there for an entertaining session of jazz at its best with musicians who really enjoy their music. This number features the excellent Chris Mercer on clarinet with backing from Graham, Andy and Clinton. The band's version of "Dinah" is also on YouTube. Once again an excellent gig at the Harp where sessions are held every Sunday lunchtime and Tuesday evening.
