Well Dylan's social skills have always been a close second to his writing abilities...

Anyway, I don't think he's being arrogant here, he's just nervous when being interviewed and it seems like he's not sure what the lovely woman is asking.

What's an interview anyway. If you're trying to get hired, then yeah, it's unavoidable unless you are part of the family. But an interview, well, what's the point. But it still is compelling to listen and watch the interview.

it's funny how so many people blame the interviewer, which is just doing her job. and what would be anyway the "smart" questions to ask to Bob Dylan in those years. I think he just couldn't stand the press and patronized the interviewers, that's it
