I'm currently kickboxing, but have very poor flexibility in my adductors and abductor. Will looser and more flexible hams help get my kicks higher?

Its improving, My ab, hip flexor and all the other muscle needed for high kicks are very strong its only my ham and inner thigh flexability that arn't very good.

hey paul,
I have your elastic steel video but i don't know how long to hold the poses...could you give me some information pertaining to how long to hold the poses or to do the exercises in this video...also i would like to know if there's any hop to becomming more flexible past age 20 i've heard both you can and you can't...i would like your expert advice please

There are many different methods.
The basic way is to warm up to it. Choose 2 different exercises and do each for 3 sets. Hold each set for 5,10,15 or 10,20,30 seconds.
