Brilliant shot by Scorsese. It's also very well choragraphed with the people in the kitchen working and the waiter comes with the table, ver well timed and paced.

I also love this shot because it's like the audience is being taken into Henry's world for a closer look, just as Karen is when she's walking with Henry.

Great film!
